Absolutely horrible owner. Rude and disrespectful. Made an order for the subway club, and paid for extra bacon. My sandwich only had 2 slices of roast beef and 2 slices of ham on the whole foot long! Ther was NO cheese and there was NO turkey and I only had 1 slices of small bacon on the whole foot long and only 2 cucumbers! Tried calling the guy brushed me off then hung up. Went down to the location and said its out of his hands he cant refund and its not his problem. They cannot and do not make sandwiches, all you're greatting is an expensive piece of bread with a hint of meat and toppings. Completely rude, disrespectful and no customer service at all. Unsanitary conditions as well due to his big beard that is not covered, and all the hair that isn't covered whe the guy and girl make the sandwiches. Do no waste your time or money on this garbage

I wouldn’t recommend going here the older guy in the front tells me they’re closed as I was trying to order and tells me to walk out then says he’s kidding asking me what I wanted I asked him to please give me a minute to look at the menu he then says do you like Joe Biden this is Joe Biden sons and he wants to kill you I said listen man I’m on my lunch break I’m just trying to get some food please stop talking like this and let me order he then says just walk out you’re no fun we have nothing here for you I responded with okay he then says no don’t go we have specials going on I responded I don’t want to eat here anymore you’re very disrespectful then I left. I will no longer be supporting that establishment I will not eat there again the staff was disrespectful and lost a customer permanently

Sucks. They don't accept the coupons that are sent out to everyone in the neighborhood. I go to portion rd location. How are they still in business? Would give zero stars if possible.

I know its hard to read a food order but if you can't make a sandwich correctly you might want to think about where your life is headed if you can't make a simple sandwich. This has been on more than one occasion. Lost my business forever

Great Subway location, havent gone there in a while but always positive experiences and they fill the sandwiches perfectly portion-wise with no hunger left

I really like the staff at this subway. They make great sandwiches but what I like most about them is their friendliness and interaction with customers. You don’t see that anymore in New York so it’s very refreshing. I love that they take care of my child’s severe food allergy by making sure his food is made safely when we come in to eat. Thank you for being great food industry workers! We appreciate you!!!
