Still the worst Dunkin in America. Staff prioritizes online orders while customers just stand there.
The manager has a very nasty attitude and the way she made my signature cocoa mocha latte ice coffee was horrible it taste like the coffe was sitting out all day and when I asked her to exchange it for something else she got butt hurt start yelling at me saying all kinds of horrible things I reported the store the donuts are good but I will never go back I don't recommend this location to anyone

Oh my God, these people are so bad, they have an attitude like why customers are coming to us, we don't want anybody. I've seen many bad dunkins but this one is almost worse or equal to the liberty dunkin near vanwyck expressway. These people are just so arrogant, especially the lady who doesn't even wear the dunkin dress, may be she's the boss or manager, they all follow her in bad service.

Not very quick but good service, clean place
It was OK, but the employee which at the time thier was only one. Had trouble with our order.

This lady refuse to put soap on her after handling money touch the food with her dirty hands I walked out, I had to get a refund

Very rude staff. These are reasons why pick up orders are in place. Less involvement with rude people who work in customer service. Not one smile on their faces and if you ask for something, they have an attitude like if an extra paper bag comes out of their pockets. I hope more people just do pickup orders and lessen the rude staff members here. These are seasoned employees too who have been there for years and they still are rude. Not a good look Dunkin.

A woman who works at your Dunkin' Donuts location. The service there is very lacking, and the behavior of the staff, was extremely rude and disrespectful. During my recent visit to order a coffee, she was yelling at me. They need to learn how to treat a customer and give a good customer service.

Unprofessional staff who undercooks meals quickly to rush people out . Also found a long hair in my sandwich. And only treat people of there native with decency with well prepared food .
This place has really bad customer service. When the staff gets the order wrong, they won't change, very stubborn and unwilling to budge. Very rude staff. I told them to change my order and they lied to me that they couldn't because the order was already made when I could see clearly they didn't even start. And they speak in Bengali about their customers. Very unprofessional. And don't stay over 15 mins because they will kick you out. I'm not sure why dunkin hires these old ladies who don't speak English and haven't learned a bit of manners. If you can know Bengali, then you will know what they are saying. Judging from their tone and their gestures, I can understand it's not good stuff.Mind you, I had a drink on me and because I sat over 15 mins, they kicked me out.Don't support this business, otherwise you only validate their horrible behavior. Dunkin should vet their employees well and give them some training. Some basic etiquettes would be nice.No wonder dunkin has fallen behind in New York. It's filled with untrained and rude employees all over the state. I've visited other dunlins, but none as bad as this.If this place closes, it would be a favor to the community. Change it to a coffee place that actually treats their customers with respect. You can see the RACISM in the employees.
