Last Friday morning my daughter and her boyfriend came in on a fluke and purchased a peanut punch and 2 berry blast and a hemp toothpaste and this morning she and my youngest daughter came back and purchased a pumpkin Pattie, peanut and a berry blast & I have to say this is now my new spot for all things ital. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️thank you.

Great place and a true gem. This is one of the few truly health food store. Smoothies, vegan food, natural supplements and remedies, soup, natural daily staples like toothpastes, deodorant, shampoo, sea moss and much more. And the staff and owner are highly knowledgeable in anything you may need or are not sure about when it comes to daily health and natural alternatives even alternatives to over the counter meds. All the smoothies are delicious too.

Wonderful energy. The minute I walked in I smelled the most delicious Pattie’s and the pumpkin one was so tasty. The prices for everything I purchased was almost like a steal. They are true to the people.
