Sabo is the go to for real Guyanese-Chinese style dishes. Her chicken fried rice and lo mein were delicious and closely resemble what you’d get in Guyana. Her curries also have authentic Guyanese flavors. 😍
10/10 across the board! Y'all definitely have a fim understanding of what customers want. I purchased chicken chow mein, jerk chicken fried rice, and Cha Chi Ki chicken. Seasoning was all through every single fork full I took. I quite literally couldn't stop eating. Every single dish had such an intricate balance of flavor, the pepper wasnt overpowering, but it was just present enough to give you a nice, welcoming heat so you could taste the actual food.
