“Took our 10 year old for his birthday on a whim, and the waitress (I wish I remembered her name) asked us if we were there for anything special. After telling her it was his birthday, she came back a few minutes later telling us she got a “personal call from Dave & Busters and they wanted to give this very special boy a free play pass”. He was SO excited and it made him feel extra special on his day, so we really appreciate that. He even got a light up ice cube and gummy worms in his drink, and he was so happy.“

“I JUST WANT TO SAY YESTERDAY ( FEB 28 2026) AFTER 8PM.
YOU GUYS KILLED IT! EVEN WITH THE VERY VERY SHORT STAFF YOU GUYS HAD WORKING. APPLAUSE FOR THEM FOR KILLING IT. IT WAS SUPER PACKED BUT THEY STILL KILLED.
THE HOST SHE WAS HELPING EVERYONE IN THAT STORE RUNNING AROUND SEATING PEOPLE CLEANING TABLES AND HELPING IF A CUSTOMER NEEDED IT. ALL YOU GUYS ARE ONE FIRE LAST NIGHT. I DONT GO OUT MUCH SO THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME SEE PEOPLE STILL WORK HARD AND KEEP CUSTOMERS HAPPY.

“We go to this restaurant about once a month or so. This last week I took a friend there on Friday. The place was packed out since it was their fish fry night. It was loud and very busy, (busier than any time I had ever gone before), yet the service was great and so was the food. I love a good Reuben, and their kitchen staff know just the right combination of ingredients to make it perfectly. There is always enough food and the wait staff is friendly and efficient.“
