I have been having my cow processed with Greg Stratton for the past 4 years. I understand why every rating is 5+. His customer service is amazing and this processing is pristine. I was also able to get a pig this year and this had to be the best pork I've ever eaten. Sausage is on the next level and the pork chops OMG.... I highly recommend Greg and his team for all you meat processing needs. A+++

This was our first year with Strattons but we couldn’t have been happier with the overall turnout. We had two pigs processed and from start to finish the Strattons crew were kind, professional, and returned us product that exceeded our expectations. This type of service is so needed and we were grateful that they were there for us. Top notch quality and absolutely reasonable pricing for the product they deliver. Thank you for what you do!
