I have allergies to dairy product. My husband asked for a Chai with almond milk, (he told them 3 times). When the Chai was ready, he asked again did you used almond milk, the said yes. Trusting them I drank the chai. Half hour after I starter having an allergic reacción to the chai.
These Dunkins need to close for a while, train staff and then try again. Due to my work I eat at Dunkin about 5 times a week and NEVER is it right. Over the last year or 2 they have gone to crap, hell they don’t even give receipts anymore trying to get surveys because they don’t want you to be able to complain! There is literally a spoon right there, how hard is it to stir my coffee and if you screw up and burn my sourdough start over? Or if I say NOT toasted don’t put it...read full review
