I love fresh, but today when ordering the lady on the phone was so rude and basically said my order wasn’t going to be ready. I get to the store a few minutes after the time she had said and it still wasn’t ready. It was ample time to have this order ready so between the rudeness on the phone and lack of preparedness I have to rate 3 star! Would have been 5 if not for today. Usually service is also decent except for one other time they made the wrong juice.
I didn’t even get out of the store before i left this review. I ordered and acai bowl and an avocado toast. It was my first time here and the girl at the counter was so sweet and patient with me! The staff was kind and friendly and the place is clean. This is definitely a spot to check out. Options for everyone and everything is FRESH. Keep it up and to the girl that took my order you go girl!!
Pretty pricey place and food/smoothies/service are mediocre. I’m happy to have a place like this in town however EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve called to place an order, I’m told 10-15 minutes and the order is never ready, sometimes not even started. I recently ordered one of their meals, waited 15 min to pick up, only to get there and be told they had no more of an ingredient used in the meal; therefore food wasn’t ready and hadn’t been started.
