I like oriental foods. You can find some in the supermarket,, but they are not the same. I will go to Oriental Market to get fresh. Delicious shumai. Gzoga, anything that you find in Chinatown. Except here in Dutchess County. They are closed on Monday and Tuesday. Whereby they have gone to Chinatown to purchase the goodies. On Wednesday they open to sell the items. It's like going to Chinatown without the traveling.
Oriental Kitchen has been my go-to for all things Asian cuisine for close to 20 years. However, something has changed. Recently, with my normal order of the boneless sparerib combo meal, the meat is tougher and burnt. Everything else on the menu is fine. With that said, this is usually my every-two-week- cheat meal. I'm hoping that this review can rectify the aforementioned issues so I won't have to go elsewhere for my bi-weekly cheat meal.

Personally I've been coming here since 2002... Eddie I guess in the recent years has taken a little back seat to being there... but with that being said...the real jems are on the wall or in the photo album not the generic "round eye" paper menu that you basically see at every Chinese restaurant...best noodle soups around.
