“Really cute cafe. Staff was really kind and friendly. Cafe is very cozy, clean, has a lot of table seats and some sofas. Menu is very extensive- lots of autumn drinks and also bubble tea. Presentation of drinks is really cute, they have glass mason jars if you’re staying in the cafe. They also have wifi!“

“I love SoBol. They’re so consistently delicious. I always get their açaí bowls. I have an açaí bowl addiction, so I get them in many places. SoBol is always my favorite bc the açaí isn’t overly sweet. It’s all just perfect. This location is beautiful as well.“

I didn’t catch the young woman’s name but she was so helpful, answered all my questions and made me a custom drink- and even made sure I liked it! Great customer service, evidenced by good rapport exhibited by staff, efficient service, they take time to explain ingredients, and offer relevant suggestions. There's a Drive-thru if you don't want to go inside the store. Clean, sanitized store lends to the feeling you're having food prepared under hygenic conditions. That's good. Pricing is competitive and 'seals the deal' that you're getting value for money.“

“Wow! What a hidden gem. This place is located inside the shops at South hills, back by Orange theory. It was a little difficult to find at first, but this is an absolute must try in the Poughkeepsie area! Their products are made with all fresh ingredients, and they even grind their own peanut butter fresh daily, which I found out they also jar and sell! This place is Chic and clean and the service was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be coming back!“

“I go to this location every single day. They are great people. And always have great customer service. Today I order my usual but they accidentally put bananas in it (and I hate bananas) so I went inside and they remade it for me. I asked them if I should throw out the other shake she said yes. My special self accidentally threw away the shake they just remade me, instead of the one with bananas in it. Luckily that was the only thing in that garbage, it was just changed. But the woman(worker) insisted on making me ANOTHER shake. I said I truly appreciate that but it’s unnecessary it’s a perfectly good shake I don’t wanna waste another. Moral of the story is, The customer service I receive there is impeccable. Highly recommend this location.“
