“First time at the location in Gardiner today- and I’m so happy I decided to try it! An iced lavender matcha is to DIE for! I didn’t catch the young woman’s name but she was so helpful, answered all my questions and made me a custom drink- and even made sure I liked it! The smoothie bowls are so fresh with crisp fresh fruit and toppings.. highly recommend! 😍“

“Ive been going to Solbol for over 3 months and with each visit I am greeted with such kindness. The customer service has been phenomenal! My smoothie bowls are CONSISTENTLY always made with love. They are assembled neatly and everything that I ask for is in that bowl lol. I can always appreciate one that does their work with dignity. I hope to always be a customer“

“Wow! What a hidden gem. This place is located inside the shops at South hills, back by Orange theory. It was a little difficult to find at first, but this is an absolute must try in the Poughkeepsie area! Their products are made with all fresh ingredients, and they even grind their own peanut butter fresh daily, which I found out they also jar and sell! This place is Chic and clean and the service was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be coming back!“

Great customer service, evidenced by good rapport exhibited by staff, efficient service, they take time to explain ingredients, and offer relevant suggestions. There's a Drive-thru if you don't want to go inside the store. Clean, sanitized store lends to the feeling you're having food prepared under hygenic conditions. That's good. Pricing is competitive and 'seals the deal' that you're getting value for money.“

The power panini is a standout, and both the steak and chicken bowls are deliciously satisfying. Their salads are fresh and invigorating. Every dish is crafted to be both tasty and nutritious!

“Really cute cafe. Staff was really kind and friendly. Cafe is very cozy, clean, has a lot of table seats and some sofas. Menu is very extensive- lots of autumn drinks and also bubble tea. Presentation of drinks is really cute, they have glass mason jars if you’re staying in the cafe. They also have wifi!“
