“Overall love the store but whomever is working self checkout today 6/9/23 at 10:50am could use some customer service training. As I was entering my shoppers club phone number she instructed me to hit cancel. This voided the shopper club from my order. I did not ask or need help so not sure why she felt she needed to instruct me. She seems like she wants to be anywhere but there. Customer service isn’t a glorious job I understand but people you applied, interviewed and accepted the position. Fake it til you make it!! I love Wegmans as a whole but one person can really ruin someone’s experience!“
