We attempted to go on for a quick breakfast. we waited over 40 minutes. we were told they had nothing we ordered and had to pick other food. when that came out it was still frozen. we had to a for the drink ordered 15 times. the place was filthy and they were sending people from the drive through to come in and still did not give them their food. many left after paying without food. there was plenty of staff but none knew what to do. Hornell Dunkin is the worst one in the area. Always slow and dirty. The staff is untrained and management is non-existent. Support the local coffee shops instead, or if you're in a hurry, go to McDonalds. You'll get better service and coffee there.
The worker I got to deal with this morning had a terrible attitude. We had a pretty basic order. Anything to go above and beyond about and they couldn’t even get that right.. and on top of not receiving our order when our drink was done (which was literally just 2 donuts) when I said something you would have thought it was the biggest inconvenience..
won’t be going back. Hire people who actually have a sliver of work ethic.
