The service was too slow and they kept me waiting for so long. The staff didn't even care about the customers waiting in the lobby and only kept attending to the drive-thru customers. Finally, when they had time to take my order, I found out that they didn't have the donuts of my choice. I would never like to go back there.
Had a wonderful experience yesterday at Dunkin in hornell. Jen was very accommodating and friendly. The two workers that were there were very busy but still managed to have a cheerful attitude and amazing energy. Great job hornell dunkin and Jen!!!
Very good I like coming here a lot for coffee the food is ok but the drinks are so good I love my once in a while I get my mass up other than that one of my favorite places to come.
