At this Horseheads facility, my last 3 visits were very frustrating. All 3 times were drive thru orders and each one was incorrect. No flavoring at all! I had requested flavor/Swirls each time. This last time I had the opportunity to correct the staff member, leave, and it was still wrong. Did your menu 'change' or are staff not properly trained?
HORSEHEADS DUNKIN; WORST PLACE EVER: My friend works here and was staying at my house. She asked me to go pick up her check for her, so when I show up the workers start acting strange and going into the back room. I waited there for 45 minutes before getting my drinks and saying never mind. Now walking out to my car I see a woman who’s been following me and circling my car. Dunkin on Center Street in Horseheads is ridiculous. Stood in line inside for over 10 minutes and I was the only one in line.
