This community-friendly little shop has become a favorite of mine. The food is fantastic, and the service is great. However, I do have a suggestion for the store management. The coffee bar is located too close to the entrance, which causes a lot of traffic. If they could move it a bit further, it would greatly improve the experience for customers. Flew into JFK - and after 18 hour flight, went directly to American Bagel and filled my car with their amazing huge bagels which taste fantastic and drove to my Midwest house.
