The staff is great and the service is excellent
Staff was very friendly. The staff informed me about specials that were going on today.
This used to be one of my favorite icecream places because of the sprinkles. The other day I went in and the ice cream cone went up to 9 dollars. I walked out thinking to myself, guess they'll be closing down soon. Lets be for real, its not even quality icecream like HD who has pure ingredients so the price increase is definitely not justified.
Not to mention, the staff always seems like they dont want you there.

Carvel in Howard Beach is a pleasant dining experience, known for its accommodating and polite staff, including Frank and Nicole. The cake decorating, particularly by Nicole, is a highlight. The shop is kid-friendly and offers a small parking lot. However, note that using a debit card may incur a fee not clearly advertised.
