After having dinner in town my partner and I stumbled on this place on our walk back to our bnb. We decided to end the night with ONE drink which led to 4 drinks each. It was the Thursday evening before this past NYE, and the place had maybe 3 other patrons at 8pm, which I don't mind at all. The bar tender was welcoming. More folks need to review Padrona on Yelp because it's a super fun spot with great drinks and a truly unique food menu. I've been here twice and both times were enjoyable. The second time it was oddly empty, but I generally have few complaints. The cocktails are delicious and original, and the list of tinned fish is unusual and vast. Stopped in a drink with my wife. Stayed longer than we planned on. Padrona is a nice place to relax and meet with friends. Atmosphere is great, staff friendly. Definitely make this a must stop when in Hudson.
