Such creative flavors! I find a lot of ice cream to be overly sweet, but the kefir ice creams here were the perfect level of sweet for me so that the other flavors could also shine through. I also didn’t feel the glucose spike sick feeling after—so Culture Cream I hope you stick to your less sugar-forward & more flavor-forward ice creams and sorbets! Super cute space. Good seating. You can try samples before buying anything. It’s only 4 stars for be because they didn’t have what I really wanted and I had to settle. Staff was great, and accommodating.
