on 3 separate occasions the same black woman has refused to sell me espresso shots, i am a bariatric person so i only buy my espresso shots to include protein, and each time she has refused to sell me what i order, every time i always buy the same thing at other dunkins or starbucks and she refuses to give me service!! i asked to speak to the manager and she said i am the manager, i asked at the other branch nearby and they told me that she is just an employee. her service stinks. if you don't want to be customer service you change jobs.

On Sunday at 1:10 in the afternoon the service was horrible. The young black female cashier seen people in line and chose to change out the trash which was only half full. Proceeded to ignore customers standing in line. One other customer and my husband both asked if we were going to be waited on. There were 4 more customers behind us. We all agreed that waiting on customers is more important than changing trash that was only half full. Without customers business suffers. This cashier had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. You need more efficient workers. We ended up leaving and going to Bageltime. Shame on her for treating customers badly.

Staff is always friendly at this location but they are constantly understaffed. Had to wait 20 min on a Saturday to order one donut for my daughter because one person was working register and making food/drinks. Whoever manages this location needs to schedule at least two on a Saturday morning.

The past few times I have even tried to order at the counter I have just walked out because there is 1 person there making sandwiches for I guess to go orders because nobody was waiting in line. I was completely ignored waiting to order, so I left. I used to go here often, this was my last attempt.

So i dont usually have problem with fast food places but this DD takes the cake. I ordered twice from their mobile app, once they forgot an item and totally refused to give me my money back and on top of that they refused to give e some kind of compensation. 10$ is 10$ now a days. Nobody is just gonna let you have 10 bucks. Second time I went in I should've learned from first experience but decided to give them a try again. This time I ordered coffee and sandwiches through mobile app, well they only made my coffees but not my sandwiches that I PAID for and all I got was I can't help you manager ain't here. This place should just close all together, they hire the most unrespectful human beings they can find and half of the time this people don't even wanna work. I will stop coming here because they don't care for costumers and or the business. Whoever the manager of this place is should deff look into who they hire cuz they all have some serious attitude problems. ?????????? worst DD ever ?

it's in a Walmart so the atmosphere sucks but it's not their fault. food is good. coffee is hit or miss depending on who's making it. started to pay attention to who's staffed when the coffees bad to go to Healy instead. I usually get an XL so if it sucks that's gonna be a long time to suffer through. lately it's been good tho so no complaints

I never do any complaints but this place I just went to has horrible rude service. I just bought 3 coffees. (2 caramel lattes hot and 1 de cafe black.) The person taking the order did not hear me correctly and gave me decafe hot caramel latte and one regular caramel latte. I had buy another black decafe coffee seperate. They refused to give me receipt when asked to see if I was charged twice.I ask them to scan the points for me and it looked like he pretended too but he didn’t cause I checked my app and only have 1 ..So disappointed of Dunkin’ Donuts service today!! The manager was not helpful she refused to give me receipt they threw in thrash. I basically paid for for 4. Coffees and only asked for 3.

I only go here in the morning after work to get my sandwich on certain days the one girl is really rude and I stopped going on the days she works the one blonde girl is really nice she has a smile when I walk up, it’s small but after a long night of work it’s great to see.

Consistently dirty, especially the bathrooms and this is the 4th time in a row I have waited over 10 minutes to place my order because a customer was friends with employees and held up the entire line with a personal conversation. Laughing so much they could not speak and did not even acknowledge me or the several other customers growing visibly uncomfortable not to mention frustrated. I frequent the dunkin’ in red hook and have never had the issues i do at this establishment. Blatant lack of any semblance of professionalism and based on other reviews they clearly prioritize friends and they receive extra food, drinks and they have effort put into their order with a wink, implying sub-standard service as the norm.
