I called earlier in the day to ask if Spring Garden could seat 9 of us for my Step-Mother’s birthday, and the woman said yes. I brought in a birthday cake before the rest of my family arrived and the woman was very accommodating to my request. The guy that took care of us was great! This place is 100% the best Chinese takeout spot in the area, but also the best I've had in general. Everything is uniquely well-prepared, the service is great, the interior has amazing ambience, and the people who run the restaurant are incredibly friendly and generous. I especially recommend the Pad Thai and Crab Rangoon, and definitely try the house mustard and wasabi sauce. Best beef teriyaki sticks too :)

Absolutely the best Chinese food in Hudson.. The food is amazing.. My family eats here all the time .. Kind and friendly service .. I highly recommend this Resturant..
