I called earlier in the day to ask if Spring Garden could seat 9 of us for my Step-Mother’s birthday, and the woman said yes. I brought in a birthday cake before the rest of my family arrived and the woman was very accommodating to my request. The guy that took care of us was great! Very good with the kids and so positive and helpful. He brought the cake and sang happy birthday and played a birthday song on the speakers, it was perfect. My Step-Mom was very surprised and had a great time. The food was great and I recommend this place ALWAYS. Thank you!

We ordered take out, it was delicious. Just like it used to be. The owner greeted us and was very friendly. The inside looks great.
This place is 100% the best Chinese takeout spot in the area, but also the best I've had in general. Everything is uniquely well-prepared, the service is great, the interior has amazing ambience, and the people who run the restaurant are incredibly friendly and generous. I especially recommend the Pad Thai and Crab Rangoon, and definitely try the house mustard and wasabi sauce. Best beef teriyaki sticks too :)

I edited out my really scathing review from about 5 years ago. We recently ordered from them one evening because they were the only Asian eatery open that night in Hudson. Well, it seems they have new owners, new cooks, and a new menu. The food is REALLY good. The fried rice is dark and rich, reminiscent of the neighborhood restaurants back in the Bronx 60 years ago. Give these guys a try.
Would like to thank the owner’s and staff at spring gardens restaurant. Dined in tonight with my large family of 5 had the most enjoyable holiday experience. Despite the overwhelming volume of both dine in and take out customers the staff did an excellent job. We were welcomed right away, were pre warned that there would an extra wait time.We were served our drinks and appetizers right away , by 2 of the cutest most professional young lady’s that I have ever encountered. Love how it’s a whole family business great job Andy and moon. Food was excellent . Really enjoyed my garlic chicken. Can’t thank you enough for making my Xmas day a whole lot easier for me. We will be back real soon

Got robbed. My partner and I came here on Christmas and we left a generous amount including a tip of cash on the table… there was only staff in the building at the time so naturally we walked out trusting the staff- and the waitress ran out after us with 2 $20s and a $5. We owed $82 my partner left over $40+ on the table and I remember leaving 2 $20s and a $10 in total of $50 so altogether we left $85+ dollars on the table. There is no reason we should have been approached with $45 in cash the waitress saying we owed more. Someone is stealing money from customers. It was very suspicious we were asked where we were from be CAUTIOUS eating here someone is robbing people the food is good but expensive and people are being robbed blind I will never go here again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away this restaurant is very lucky it is heresay otherwise we would have went to the police immediately.

There was no one at the place when I went there. They kept asking us if we needed anything. The food was hot when we got it. Which is nice because not a lot of restaurants the food is still hot. They bagged the food for us. They have the food is plastic like how you get it to go. I think that’s a nice idea. I would go again. Really nice place. He even asked if the temp was good.
