My wife and I had an absolutely incredible experience with Georgia Ray’s Kitchen catering for our post wedding brunch. We had a very specific vision in our minds with many special requests and Chef Danyell went above and beyond to make everything happen even better than we could have imagined. We had several email exchanges and phone calls regarding our event and he was incredibly patient throughout the process working through countless revisions to the menu. Even our tasting with him was one of our favorite highlights during our wedding planning process.
The event itself was incredibly smooth with the same level of quality of food from our tasting if not even better. Our guests were beyond impressed to be sent off with food that exceeded our actual wedding night food and to this day we still receive compliments about how incredible the food was. Chef Danyell himself is such a genuine person that truly cares about the food that he cooks. We would highly recommend hiring Georgia Ray’s Kitchen for any of your catering needs!

We loved working with Chef Daniel for our Wedding in April 2024. All his food was absolutely fantastic, our wedding guests are still talking about the food at our wedding! He was so so accommodating with our requests and worked with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted. He took the time to sit with us on multiple occasions to work through the menu options, finalizing the menu and tweaking due to different food that would be in season at the time of our wedding. He provided a great tasting experience and went above and beyond every step of the way. He was hands on at our wedding which was a huge plus to have the head chef there when may other catering companies do not offer that. Our guests went up to him at the wedding to tell him how amazing his food was. He is affordable, keen to detail and if we have any other events or private gatherings in the area in the future he would be the first call on our list to cater the food!

He offers a wide variety of food options and delivers on all of them. Even our cake was outstanding. Highly recommend booking the taste testing, the food will speak for itself!
As far as the day of our wedding, the staff Chef Danyell brings along are well trained, professional, and very accommodating. As a bride, there are a lot of things to feel overwhelmed about, Chef made sure the food was not one of those things.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Georgia Ray’s for our wedding. We got married in October 2024 with somewhat of a DIY wedding but Chef Danyell and his staff handled everything day-of without us needing to worry at all.
He was very communicative and helpful in creating our menu into something we would love, and very accommodating with allergies and food restrictions. He and his staff also met us the day before at the venue to set up the tables, the buffet station and to go over the timing.
Most importantly the food was excellent! We continue to receive compliments on the dinner (chicken piccata, penne vodka, a honey mustard + dill salmon, squash chili and rice pilaf, excellent salads and focaccia) and our appetizers. Highly highly recommend!
