We picked this Restaurant because we were meeting for a first date and it was half way between where we both live. There is a great ambiance to the place. Walked in about 7pm and there was plenty of seating and the Hostess greeted me as I wanted to check in and let her know I was there for the reservation but waited outside for my date to arrive. My Date arrived and we were able to pick a booth where we could sit next to each other and the booth was very comfortable and once again...
Helsinki was exceptional food and a nice ambiance. I would have enjoyed a better music selection and a greater variety of deserts. The staff was attentive but could have been more knowledgeable about how some of the food was prepared. That said the food was so good that it didn't matter. In all I highly recommend and I will be sure to check out the live entertainment next time.
We went for there famous fried chicken but it was a very busy night and they sold out. The service was outstanding. I had the smoked meatloaf sandwich, one bite and I was glad they ran out of chicken. my wife had the catfish sandwich and loved it. Going back tonight
