I've eaten here may times, especially on burger and martini night! The staff is amazing and the owner Quinn even came out to see how we are doing. Super family and dog friendly. The food is so good, especially loved the egg salad sandwich. Columbia County has so few high quality casual restaurants, Quinnies is the rare gem. I see comments complaining about the price, but if you want to patronize restaurants serving Sysco canned crap and don't pay their employees a living wage, go else ware.

We had chicken salad sandwiches. They were fine, interesting, in fact. But for $15 or $17, whatever they were, would it have been so costly to management to add a few chips, a few potato straws, an orange or pickle slice? Would certainly make the plate a little prettier and the price a bit more palatable.

Service (Beth, I believe) was professional and cheerful.

Postscript: Owner responded to me, which I appreciate. And again the food and service was great. I do think, however, he/she perhaps spent too much time explaining costs, which we all recognize are too high, and didn’t at all address what I had asked about: that adding a few potato chips or a thin slice of pickle or orange to the plate to make it appear more complete (yes, for the price).

Every time I am in the area, Quinnie's is a non-negotiable stop. The food is perfect and well thought out. Plus, the proprietor Quinn is a delight herself, making us feel welcome and comfortable each time we visit. And don't miss out on the burger and 'tinis nights! So fun.

Let me start by this : my favor usually goes to inauspicious places that reveal great. Uncut gems, as one could say.

This place seems unappealing on a map, caught between a gas station, a thrift store and a car/tractors dealer. But when you pass the door, you're in a new world.

The place has obviously been renovated with a lot of love. It's simple and easy on the eye. There is a large table on the second floor. I would picture a brunch with friends and kids, or a bookclub meeting. LGBT friendly!

We only tried one plate, the Boo Boo Breakfast. It was really good. Flaky buttermilk biscuit, meat-dense bacon and perfectly fried egg. There is a definite waste-less approach in the details and that contribute to the experience.

There are very cute items for sale, with good food products too. They don't seem to go for the "curated vintage items" route, and for that, kudos. (I mean, there's Habitat for Humanity just the other side of the street anyway!)

The breakfast sandwich is amazing. Pickled eggs are perfection and my kid loves the hotdog. Lol We love to sit at the picnic tables on a nice day and can’t wait for spring, so we can get back out there!

I loved papa's porridge for breakfast. The biscuit with egg was also pretty good, though a bit dry.

A beautiful and delicious stop just outside of downtown Hudson. I LOVED the Chicken Salad Sandwich especially with the crunchy fried chicken skin and schmaltz toasted Pullman, wow!! Wish I lived closer so I could try more sandwiches.

The first time I ever visited Hudson, it was because I saw a picture of the chicken salad sandwich - and this past weekend, I got married AND got to have Quinnie's catering at my wedding. That's how good it is.

Quinnie's is so so yummy, and Quinn herself is also lovely. All of our wedding guests said it's the best wedding food they've ever had. Quinn also made extra pickle juice/pickles for our martini bar, AND corn dogs!!! Come on. The best.

You should 100% go to Quinnie's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and also should 200% have them cater your events. :)

Quinnie's: A perfect spot for delicious food and a peaceful afternoon

I recently visited Quinnie's in Hudson and had a fantastic experience. The Mortadella sandwich was a real standout - the flavors were perfectly balanced and every bite was a delight. The Mexican Coke was a refreshing complement to the sandwich. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it easy to settle in and get some reading done. I was able to make some serious progress on "Dune" - I'm only 20 pages away from finishing! If you're looking for a great meal and a peaceful spot to unwind, I highly recommend Quinnie's.
And now, as George Washington, let us march onward!
With a flourish, I don my tricorne hat and grasp my trusty musket. The forest beckons, and the spirit of liberty fills the air. A jaunty tune, "Yankee Doodle," escapes my lips as I stride confidently into the wilderness. Onward, to face whatever challenges await!

A sandwich shop and more. A perfect stop for good food and good vibes. The best chicken salad I have ever had and I’m from the south-my standards are high!
Have a samy a coffee or Outside for a Drink or a bean bag toss.
