first time coming here never coming again i feel sick the next day after eating there last night and i’m used to food bc i’m hispanic food felt off and tasted weird they have way to many food options and yk if they got to many options the food gonna be ass go at your own risk

My mother and I dined yesterday. It's such a vibe like being in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Huge menu, they come with fresh chips, bean dip and salsa. I ordered combo chicken and shrimp fajitas with corn tortillas instead of wheat, and mom got combo enchiladas. I received steak and shrimp, wheat tortillas :( The steak was decent flavored. However, it didn't have any fajita flavor at all. Very, very bland. The rice was bland as well.
I was very disappointed with the lack of authentic flavor. There was no salsa or hot sauce for flavor and heat.
We were very polite and tipped well. The flavor just wasn't there for me. I wish it was authentic because I would be back!!!

As a foodie myself, I'm always delighted to go to a new place and tried out new food. Mi Rancho is definitely a great addition to our community. Not only do they serve top-notch Tex-Mexi food, the services are always heart warming. Jamie, the owner, is super friendly and attentive. Laura, the waitress, also very sweet. I have been recommending Mi Rancho Alegra to many friends and local patrons.

I bought a property in catskill 4yrs ago & had always went to eat in kingston for good mexican food & now we have been going to hudson & my family & i absolutely love it , the food , the drinks & the attention from staff is amazing .

Had their lunch serving of enchiladas mole. Basically, I’ve grown up with some of the best tex-mex from Houston, Austin, Santa Fe, and California. This place, a 3-4 in those markets—good but not standing above the brutal competition, is a standard above the usual in upstate NY; better than La Mision and Casa Latina, Hudson. I judge most in quality of the rice and beans sides, the sauces, how hot the food is served, the plating. Could have been warmer; they should up their game a bit on sauces, but overall very good. Well-visited by locals (always a good sign); nice drinks. Will eat here again.

If you are a fan of Tostitos queso, warmed up in a crock pot, and eating at a wobbly back table, and seemingly being forgotten, this is the restaurant for you. I did not only not finish my meal, I only had about 4 bites. No take home box needed…an unfortunate experience.

Just go for the chips, salsa and drinks because the food from taco bell is better (which is in the same shopping center). The atmosphere is Instagram worthy if you're into that and the service is very good.

A good friend of mine and his wife took me there for dinner. It was my first time there. Nice clean. Very pretty place. Nice furniture and the food was outrageous. Definitely go back again
