If you don’t want to be in customer service then you shouldn’t be. The older woman was SO rude for no reason. Even made fun of me with her coworkers while I watched. And, I was just slow With the menu because I had t been therein a while. Disgusting. The food also sucked. But, it’s fast food: my main complaint is the service . The woman at the drive thru was just rude and mean! And, old enough to know better

wanted to leave an updated review now that this location is just Taco Bell, since the Long John Silver’s side is no longer open. After the fire, things clearly changed, and it’s important that the name reflects what customers are actually getting when they come here. This should be listed simply as Taco Bell, not a combo store.
That said, this Taco Bell continues to do a great job. The staff here are consistently friendly, patient, and welcoming, even during busy times. You can tell they’re working hard, and it really shows in the service. Orders are handled efficiently, questions are answered politely, and the overall vibe is positive every time I stop in.
The restaurant feels cleaner and more focused now, and it honestly works better as a standalone Taco Bell. Food comes out hot, fresh, and made correctly, which is all you can ask for. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, a late-night bite, or feeding the whole family on a budget, this location delivers.
I also want to give credit where it’s due — dealing with a fire and changes like the closure of Long John Silver’s isn’t easy, yet the team here stayed professional and upbeat through it all. That says a lot about the management and employees.
Overall, this is a solid Taco Bell location with great people behind the counter. Just make sure the name is updated to reflect reality — Taco Bell only — and you’ve got a well-run spot that deserves the 5 stars. 🌮

Mostly go cause it's the closest Taco Bell. Food isn't bad but it seems like every time I go they leave out a third of my order and I got to go back inside or they ignore any modifications to food like no tomatoes or make a regular a supreme. My roommate has a minor allergy to raw tomatoes and if I pick him up something I specify it when I order but occasionally they still slip up.
I've been to worse locations so the minor annoyances won't keep me away until I find another taco bell

Arrived at this location after placing an online order. Showed up at the drive-thru around 6PM. I asked if I could place an additional order and when I asked if they accept tap to pay I was given a very rude and condescending “uh yeah” response. When asked to pull around, I was handed a single bag from the initial online order and the bag for the order I was just placing. I was then asked by the staff “what are you waiting for?” And I replied “the rest of my order.” I was asked to hand the bags I was given back to the staff so they could look. They found the remaining order which was left on the counter. I was asked to not be hostile when my wife and I were not hostile at all but soon became very irritated at her asking for us not to be meanwhile 3 staff members are at the window giving us rude remarks and attitudes. I asked for the staff members name and she refused. I asked who was the person who initially took the drive thru order and she claimed to not know. I asked to speak with a manager and she claimed to be the manager. I asked for information for the franchise owner and was told “go look it up online.”
If this is management, she needs to take customer service classes.
I made a rude remark in turn prior to leaving in which case a glove was taken off her hand and thrown at me from the drive thru window.

I’m a Ubereats driver. Showed up after driving from Catskill(20 mins) and the customer order wasn’t ready. I simply asked how much longer so I can communicate it to the customer. I got a nasty attitude. The lady asked for my name to try to have me banned for just doing my job as a delivery person
This place need to be shut down. Long wait times, nasty smelling, rude employees. Crap food

Placed a mobile pickup order this morning, it was marked complete, when I arrived at the store, the store was closed, no way to cancel, and the corporate line doesn't open for several more hours. Never again.

Taco bell 026366 350 fairview ave. Hudson NY 12534. Date 7/23/25 time 8:59pm order # 255 - Cashier Christina P. I waited in the drive thru 20 min. then paid for an L5 AND L6, TOTAL 19.85. THEN I WAS TOLD TO PULL AROUND FRONT AND WAIT, THEY ARE COOKING FRESH FOOD! After 10 min an employee brings out the food, the bag felt hot so I headed home, 10 min later i open the food and it was so over cooked it looked like it was reheated several times! no moisture to the fish, chicken or shrimp, if fact the shrimp were so hard , the food was not edible.
