Taco bell 026366 350 fairview ave. Hudson NY 12534. Date 7/23/25 time 8:59pm order # 255 - Cashier Christina P. I waited in the drive thru 20 min. then paid for an L5 AND L6, TOTAL 19.85. THEN I WAS TOLD TO PULL AROUND FRONT AND WAIT, THEY ARE COOKING FRESH FOOD! After 10 min an employee brings out the food, the bag felt hot so I headed home, 10 min later i open the food and it was so over cooked it looked like it was reheated several times! no moisture to the fish, chicken or shrimp, if fact the shrimp were so hard , the food was not edible.

In the 10 minutes I was waiting for a door dash order I heard the short hair lady with tattoos and face piercing that she doesn't care about the door dash order, and a younger dark haired girl yell at a customer that her order was on the counter then through her hands up and immaturely mimiced the teen customers that were only waiting patiently for their orders which kept missing items

I have gone here quite a number of times as well as door dashed from them, my husband likes his customized with No SOUR CREAM, they get it right 50/50 I'd say, mine and my daughters orders are always spot on. Last time they messed up they gave me the same amount of burritos they mess up on for free made correctly so I can't say much about that since they definitely didn't go to waste.. but if they paid attention more to the customization I'd give them 5 stars for sure!

Really good place. I remember when this place was being built, I’ve been going to this location since then. Also, it’s rare to see Taco Bell/ long John silver combo locations. I would highly recommend.

I ordered my food 30+ minutes ahead of time on the mobile app (due to bad service previously) and it still wasn’t ready when I arrived! No one in the store or line, employees just goofing off and laughing at me in a state of complete confusion as to why my order isn’t ready yet! I was told it was because they were preparing an ingredient… WHY NOT DO THAT 30 MINUTES AGO WHEN THE ORDER WAS RECEIVED!?
I’ll never be coming back to this store because in the past 2 months, this is the 6th time my order has been at least 15+ minutes late. I requested a full refund via the app and still haven’t received that either. I want a full refund asap.
To whomever owns this franchise location, I’d seriously reconsider your staff before this location goes under.
