Taiga is Hudson's most incredible hidden gem! Chef Vlad has created something truly magical here, where artistry meets exceptional food. Both the space and the dishes are absolutely gorgeous, and each plate is a visual masterpiece that tastes even better than it looks. Beautiful and scrumptious…every sip of my cocktail and every morsel of food from our goose pate…to our salmon passion pancakes with red caviar… to the beef stroganoff… absolutely delicious!!
