Had amazing food at Cascades today! My original fav pear salad is amazing as always with a handmade salad dressing to die for! Nice service and good quality healthy food! Will be back! Plus was nice sitting outside at the brewery!

I’ve been several times now and am never disappointed. The service is wonderful and the sandwiches are always tasty with good portions. I’ve had several different soups here as well and they’re always amazing.
Had the Fiesta Chicken Salad. Very generous portion. Plenty of chicken. Wide variety of veggies. Tasty cilantro/garlic dressing. Great job Sarah and crew! Will be a regular for sure!

Hands down the worst customer service in Hudson with the nastiest personalities. The lack of acknowledgement, attention and disregard for assistance is enough to keep me out of there. I have, however, been a glutton for punishment and made my way in for their delicious sandwiches, but due to being ignored, I have frequently just walked right back out.
I get it...you're busy (even though you're not when I have come in), but even just a "be right with you" would keep me standing around for another five minutes.
