Def do a flight or two of their beers. Tasty and fresh beer and the food is the freshest and best prepared out of all the local Hudson breweries! We had the shrimp tostadas, burrata flat bread, and the poutine with bbq'd pulled pork. They were all fresh and scrumptious. Bar tenders and server were super nice and chill. Atmosphere was fresh and inviting! Outdoor seating area with flowers and botanicals. Thank you US Brewing!

I love Union St - they have the widest variety of beers & they are delicious!!!
if people haven’t noticed it’s a brewery- they do have some liquor for cocktails - to appease the non beer drinkers - but again it is a brewery- so if you go to a brewery & they don’t have your specific liquor - then go to a place that offers a full bar -
I love the filtered water station - bc wow - what a difference in filtered water & tap water -
So please...
