Brewpubs in Hunter

“I don't know if it's the time of year we visited the Hunter Mountain area (the week after Easter), but many restaurants were shut down, and we found that there are very few places to eat in the area that offer a diversified menu.

We had a nice lunch at Hunter Mountain Brewery. Our server was extremely friendly, and the food was decent.

One thing that we questioned was the restaurant's pet policy. When we arrived, someone was seated at the indoor bar with his dog. Yet, we were told that pets are only allowed on the outside deck. So, the policy was not being upheld, or perhaps it was one of the owners taking advantage of his status.“
