Guests also enjoyed a wurst platter with homemade sauerkraut, sprouted greens and toasted juniper berries. Flatbread pizza with German cheese and caramelized onions, potato cheddar soup, crusty bread, juicy burgers and an extensive imported beer and wine list made this a meal to remember. The beer flight was amazing, then the pretzel, raclette, and bacon onion pizza “Flammkuchen”. The pretzel was great with a mustard in the side. The raclette was delicious; the cheese was so good, the potatoes cooked to perfection, and the sides of bread, pickles, and lightly tossed salad with vinaigrette was a nice touch. The charcuterie board was good.
