I was visiting friends in the area and joined for Octoberfest dinner. Service was great as was the food. The prettiest currywurst I’ve ever seen! And the steak tartare with truffle chips was a lovely surprise - very delicious. Washed down with a Hefeweisen. My friends had the sauerbraten and flounder schnitzel (not pictured)
My wife and I absolutely love Jagerberg and will make it a point to travel there for a meal any time we are in the Catskills. If you're looking for a restaurant to get a delicious, intimate meal, or a fun, lively spot to just hang and talk at the bar you really can't do much better.

Ze Wine Bar has started their Jägerburger night on Thursdays, and we were lucky enough to be there for the first one! Great burgers, and thick hand cut fries. Try the pickles, they’ve got a little spice going on that is just perfect with the burgers. Pair that with the normal beer, wine, and cocktail menu and we’ll definitely be back for more Jägerburgers!
