Placed order for pick-up. Got there - was told my 12$ order is not enough. Need 15$ to use my credit card to pay for meal so I have to buy a soda. This was never was communicated when I called in and placed order and drove over there.
Me and my husband come from Deer Park for the food here. The food is absolutely amazing. Young lady who works the counter and answers the phone is rude disrespectful rude, and I know she couldn’t possibly be the owner. But the owner should know how disrespectful and inpatient. As a paying customer that doesn’t come in spending less than $40 each time. Hopefully you can have her change her attitude would have given 5 stars if attitude was better.
My go-to Chinese food spot.Been coming here for years and they are quite consistent. They are NOT hit-or-miss. If anything, there are days when I’m expecting the usual great taste, but for some reason, it tastes even better!I’ve had delivery in the past, but it’s become routine to do pick-up, because I actually like the staff.
