“I'm a gringo who speaks no Spanish. Stopped in on a spur of the moment and fell in love with this place. The 2 ladies who ran the business were patient with my non-existent Spanish language skill. The beans and rice are to die for, they're that good. They were friendly and very helpful and the food was delicious, I will be returning.“

“Just discovered this little gem. Been looking for a pupusaria that also makes the cabbage slaw and red sauce authentically. THIS is the place! Ordered the queso con frijoles pupusas. SO DELICIOUS! Made fresh to order. Wasn't too salty, the cabbage slaw was perfectly marinated, the red sauce that goes with the dish are perfect together. Should have ordered more. Great price. Sorry didn't take pics, was so hungry I devoured it. The ladies who work there were super nice and sweet. Atmosphere very casual, they have selections of hot foods as well that looks delicous. Highly recommend.“

“This place is great for authentic Mexican food. I ordered a chorizo taco and Cubana sandwich. My friend ordered a couple tacos and and a tostada. I recently visited Armando Restaurant and Deli twice, and I can confidently say it's a hidden gem! Nestled in a small storefront plaza, I had a craving for pupusas and ended up buying them for two consecutive days because they were just that delicious and flavorful.

During both my visits, the atmosphere was quite calm, with no one else dining in at the time, which made for a pleasant pick-up experience. The ladies at the counter were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my food was ready on time. Although our interactions were brief, they were warm and welcoming, adding to the overall positive vibe.

The prices were standard, making it an affordable choice for such tasty food. I wholeheartedly recommend Armando Restaurant and Deli, and I definitely plan to return for more of those amazing pupusas!“

“The Nada Beef empanadas (vegan) are absolutely, positively DELICIOUS and the salsa verde con cilantro... buenísima!!! The flavors are true Boricua!!! Shout out to Puerto Rican ownership because it's far and few between. I look forward to returning.“

“I cannot believe I lived in west Babylon for 7 years and only tried this place 2 years ago. I passed by so many times. The food is fantastic and my wife and I keep going back for more. Try the burbon chicken with anything. It’s not a dine in place, so just take out and I promise you will be back. Food is affordable and I highly recommend their taco salad that’s served in a crunchy bowl…. Or their nachos!“

“There are breakfast sandwiches and then there are BREAKFAST SANDWICHES. I am so happy that I stopped by to try the breakfast here. The eggs weren't drooping with oil, bacon and sausage were cooked perfectly. The ladies were extremely friendly and welcoming. Ordered 4 sandwiches and everyone really enjoyed them. Prices are extremely reasonable and will be coming here more often.

The chicken is so juicy and tender. The green sauce is AMAZING, maduros are great, and the yuca fries are the best I've had. Solid good food.“
