“Super generous quantities. Food is fresh and tasty... However some waitresses have attitudes and that I don't appreciate.I had one bad experience where the chicken I ordered, it was 8 of us, was raw... We told the server and she said she would have the cook fix it, well they brought us back the same breaded chicken, now mildly burnt and still raw and chewy on the inside. The was a one time experience here, but I've been here many many times for years...I wasn't happy how they handled it.We stopped going there because of the until recently. I tried my favorite dish "Breaded chicken dinner with rice and beans ) and it was perfect.I was willing to give them a chance again and I don't regret it. But some of your waitresses, idk, need a day off cause they act miserable ... Glad I'm not the type of person to really feed into those attitudes, but it's still bothersome for those around me.“
“Really surprised at all the negativity and shade thrown at this place. For our table of three, our waitress was excellent, food was even more excellent, and all safety protocols were in place for covid protection. I liked their yuca and chicharron app but they way over fried the chicharron sadly. Ordered the Gallina India: a nicely seasoned spatchcock grilled whole hen over rice and beans that also came with a delicious veggie filled consome. But we were really here for amazing papusas and me being me, had to order all of the varieties of papusa they had on their menu (minus the bean one) and all were fabulous! The papusa filings were all seasoned beautifully and the masa meal was moist and tender even when they had cooled down. Will so be going back again!“
