“The only reason I would advise not eating here is if you have a gluten allergy. That is the only reason why I have given it a 4/5.Absolutely delicious food!My family and I love eating here!Staff is friendly, wait time on weekdays are short, very clean, great atmosphere.If I wasn’t stuck on the toilet with a slight tummy ache right now, I wouldn’t have felt the urge to write a review but having knowledge about a food allergy is extremely important especially for chefs and restaurants alike.Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten allergy.I informed the waiter who listened carefully and took note of my allergy.I had the Camarones al Ajillo Sobre Arroz.It was fantastic but I still had an allergic reaction.I would not recommend eating here if you have a gluten allergy.“

“Amazing food and amazing staff. I'm a 15 years happy customer for Shamshiri-Northridge and I visited Shamshiri-Westwood and the food was almost the same. I ordered a Shamshiri (Bart-Kobideh) Kabob and I just wanted to taste it and compare it with my favorite spot in Northridge. Kabob was almost the same, but a bit different on texture. I like the food and friendly staff, quick serving and ask for any inquiries. I enjoyed being there. I'll recommend it to others. Price is a bit higher than the one in Northridge which is acceptable by being in West LA and expenses.“

“Best Guatemala themed bus food truck (the truck really is from Guate) I've ever seen. Great Garnachas, enchiladas to die for, tacos tamales and much more. First found on Crooked Hill rd while heading north. Worth the stop to bring home dinner or lunch to the family.“

“We placed an order through GrubHub. With the delivery fee and the tip, the bill came to $100. The restaurant called us to let us know there was an issue with GrubHub's delivery drivers, basically that there wasn't one, and that they were going to send their driver. We are a few towns over so not close. I called GrubHub as I wanted the delivery fee and tip refunded because I wanted to tip the restaurant's driver with cash, I wasn't sure when, or if, their driver would ever get the tip from GrubHub. GrubHub ended up canceling the whole order on their end. The restaurant called me again, the driver was already out front and the restaurant hadn't gotten paid. They gave me the food anyway and then I paid them directly. They comped us some food and my bill was almost split in half. They are the sweetest! I only gave 4 stars because my husband didn't like his paella valencia, it was actually missing some of the seafood that was supposed to be in it, but my chicken and rice was delicious and my daughter loved her quesadilla. The mini mofongos and sweet plantains were also delicious. They were really apologetic and kind and it wasn't even their fault.“

“The nachos are spectacular, good flavor, very reasonable quantity-quality-price ratio. Everything is super fresh. Acceptable waiting time. The mango sauce is delicious - I can't stop ordering it. The pupusas are very delicious. The chicken quesadillas are excellent for children.“

The owner, Juan (I recently met him), always welcomes his customers with a smile, and along with his staff, provides excellent service. I love the pupusas and chicken tamales. “This is a hidden gem in the area ✨ my husband ordered the Birria Tacos and I had the Birria nachos, we both loved each of our dishes. Excellent service, clean place, you can tell they know what they are doing. It was delicious. We can’t wait to come back. Recommended.“
