This restaurant is located at the mall where I work. I usually eat there when I do not bring a lunch. They often get my order wrong. If I’m eating in, I can correct it, although I only have an hour break and don’t appreciate wasting my time because of their constant incompetence. Went to Panera today after dinner and purchased 2 triple chocolate cookies and 2 Kitchen Sink cookies (@ $4.00 per). First, the wait was long and staff was disorganized. Secondly, I had to ASK for a bag to take my purchases home. And finally once I got home the Kitchen Sink cookies are hard as bricks!
