Akebono Fusion Sushi in the greater Huntington area is known for their consistently awesome sushi rolls at great prices. The owners are warm and engaging, making each visit special. Customers can't go wrong with any of their rolls, and the spicy tuna tartar and garlic edamame are highly recommended. The staff, particularly Patty and Angela, are excellent, accommodating, and make an effort to remember customers' names. A standout dish is the yellowtail jalapeño. Overall, Akebono Fusion Sushi is a great place with great food and top-notch service.
