Cefalù Restaurant & Pizzeria

I took my husband here Friday night for his birthday. I heard good things about this restaurant from neighborhood groups on social media. However, our experience fell a little short. Our waiter seemed agitated with us as soon as we put our order in. I ordered a drink, the alcoholic lemonade (it was ok) and my daughter and husband just got water. We didn’t get appetizers, but all three of us ordered the pasta and meatballs, my daughter getting the kids version. I will say the bread and oil dip with Parmesan, olives and red peppers that comes with the order was so delicious we asked for more (though our waiter seemed annoyed by that too). My daughter refused the meatball and my husband and I weren’t too impressed. My husband makes homemade meatballs much better and we were expecting meatballs like the one Del Vino makes (those are so good). Maybe we ordered wrong but a good Italian restaurant should have amazing meatballs no? Perhaps they have better pizza dishes, who knows? Suffice it to say, we won’t be returning. The place was cute but the service was a little cranky and the food not too tasty. Sorry! We wanted to like this place!

Good food, great service. Nice to eat outside

We traveled from the North Port VA to get food here on weekends every now and then, and we're never disappointed with the food, the landscape looks nice. They have open patio area to eat and the food is always good. Don't hesitate to come and check them out.

Local pizza place with great food. Don’t have pizza, but it looked delicious. Dinner was delicious. We had fish. Snapper and wife had pasta with shrimp. 🍤.

Had a lovely time here! Came for a nice lunch got the ravioli and bolognese and they were both so good! Service was very nice, polite, and fast. Was a nice atmosphere with great options for both indoor and outdoor seating. Next time you’re looking for a place to have lunch or dinner definitely come here!

take out margarita pizza was very nice. Good crust, could have been a little crisper. Ready as promised. Have to take a trip inside next.

Incredible experience! I had the braised lamb with pappardelle pasta — rich, tender, and absolutely delicious. My wife ordered the salmon, which was perfectly cooked and beautifully seasoned. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. A true gem of an Italian restaurant. We’ll definitely be back!

My boyfriend's family has been going for years, and I've gone once. I cleaned my plate, lol. I haven't had pasta taste so fresh since I was a toddler. So0o Go0d!

Had an amazing dinner here— my friend and I split an entree portion of Caesar salad and then the chicken parm. Both were delicious and the perfect amount of food. My friend had the Sicilian margarita which was very good. After our meal, our server chased after us to give us our umbrella which we forgot. Impeccable service. The rest of the menu looked very good so we will be back!

Cefalu hosted a private party for us in their side Dining space. Excellent dishes all around from Apps, Pasta (the Agnolotti Pesto is a MUST have) and Entrees. Morgan and Joe were so accommodating and the service was top notch. Worth checking out and will definitely return!
