I have to say.....there's only one place I would go to for sushi and that was in San Diego but after eating in here this is my fav restaurant for sushi and dumplings. There's alot of love in the food and it shows. The staff is wonderful. Highly recommend it!

Excellent food, good menu choices (I love that they have a veggie miso soup ("winter miso), and caring service. Cozy family vibe. I used to go to Japanese restaurants when I lived in San Francisco. On Long Island I find that KuraBarn is one of the few that offers more authentically Japanese dishes and condiments and little touches. Nice atmosphere in an old house close to the center of Huntington Village. During the pandemic, they have been AWESOME about keeping customers...

At the moment you arrive in this restaurant the stuff gives you a comfortable feeling. Very courteous stuff, it is a happy restaurant to pass time with your friends or with your date. very good cooking, creative chief cook and stuff, modest price and generous service. Warmly recommended.
