Ordered via phone , they crammed two special rolls into a small container ($18 a piece by the way) . My friend didn’t want to even try their food because of cross contamination risks (he has food allergies)
The rolls weren’t anything special , like supermarket sushi . He ended up ordering dominos because of the lack of care this restaurant gives to their take out customers.
Very disappointed . We didn’t get sick thats the only reason I’m giving this spot 2 stars

I have been to this sushi place a few times and many times I go by myself. I always tip well, and I am a big lover of food. Tonight my experience was not that good, I was never ever brought my miso soup. I got there before many other people and only ordered three different roles, but noticing that people around me were getting their food before I even got mine. Understand I had already put my order in, so it was a curious. I often take clients out two places that I have been to to make sure that it's a great experience. The service just wasn't there tonight even though it was well staffed and did not get super busy. When the check came I had to tell the server to remove the miso soup as I never got it. How they ever checked on me to see how the meal was going. I would've let them know. There was not even an apology after I told them I never even got my soup. Funny thing is I'm a really good tipper, Probably would've tipped a lot more than some of their three tops or four top tables! You can do better than this! They do make some really good sushi rolls.

We only do takeout - the food is delish ! Fresh , perfect and consistent ! It’s not the vibe I like typically - bright lights and tables are close … but if you’re in that kind of mood it can feel fun ! ( I once had lunch there with a family member and it was perfect !). My boyfriend has been coming here for years with his family and it is now a place we frequent. The staff is always very kind and they always try to seat us as soon as possible. We ordered a green salad and the vegetable dumplings to start. I am obsessed with both of these dishes. The salad dressing is absolutely amazing and I would eat it every day if I could. The vegetable dumplings are one of my favorites because they taste like a ravioli in a way (I know sounds odd, but I mean it in the best way possible) and come with an amazing black sesame dipping sauce. We actually love them so much we each ate one before I took the photo, so it does come with 6. I am not entirely sure what is in the dumpling, but they do have edamame, giving a great different texture. I am always afraid of meat dumplings because I was always a picky eater, so these are a safe option for me. My boyfriend ordered the TNT roll and I ordered the spicy kani and tuna roll. He had never had the TNT roll and gave a great review of how fresh the fish tasted. He actually wished there was less avocado because he loved the fish so much, and trust me there was a lot of fish in it. I am no stranger to the rolls I had and they were amazing as usual. I love this restaurant for an intimate setting, as it is usually calm and fairly quiet, letting you hear the people you are eating with, but not so quiet you're afraid to speak. The staff are also always so kind and attentive. I love this restaurant and will be back time and time again.

Hands down the best sushi Long Island. The best! The steamed edamame and broccoli is really delicious and I love the shrimp tempura entree with the crunchy topping and spicy mayo on top. The staff is so kind and personable and friendly! 100/10.

My husband and I love Osaka! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I am vegetarian and have other accommodations I need and they do not make any comment or remark—they just repeat back my request after they have written it down and the meal always comes out correctly. The pan fried vegetarian dumplings are fantastic as well as the vegetable spring rolls. I get vegetable hibachi and my husband has gotten katsu as well as chicken and steak dishes that he always says are delicious. Everything tastes fresh and comes out hot. We love coming here!
