We had an amazing dinner the other night. From the moment we sat down, everything was perfect. The food was cooked exactly how we ordered it — the steaks were tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was incredible.
The service truly made the night stand out. Our waiter, Q, was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. He elevated the entire experience.
Between the perfectly cooked food and the outstanding service, it was a five-star night for us. We’ll definitely be back!

Party of 3 visited Prime in Huntington on a Sunday night to celebrate a birthday, and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. Our server, Katelyn, was incredibly pleasant and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the evening.

We kicked things off with cocktails, and if you’re an espresso martini fan, the coconut espresso martini is an absolute must. Every appetizer and entrée we ordered was delicious. The crab cake and lobster wontons were cooked to perfection, and the sushi, steak, and wagyu were simply divine.

To top it all off, the birthday guest was personally greeted by the restaurant manager, who kindly gifted him a birthday gift card such a thoughtful touch that really made the night feel special.

Overall, it was a fantastic evening with great food, service, and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Prime; Huntington is a true Long Island staple. This gem, is well know for its great food, good service, delicious bar drinks, top tier management (Joe) and spectacular views! It's hard to go wrong here. My wife and children & I have been here many times and feel right at home the way we are treated and looked after. I highly recommend Prime, Huntington!

Relaxing and enjoyable evening with the wife. Portions were mostly generous and the waitstaff was exceedingly friendly albeit a bit slow paced. Could turn up the temperature a few degrees but mostly great and the food was delicious and cooked to perfection.

Thank you for a wonderful evening! From start to finish it was warm,welcoming and delicious. Your hostess was incredibly welcoming, I almost invited her to sit with us. Our waitress was also lovely and helpful. We were there for dinner celebrating my daughter's birthday during restaurant week. Food was delicious and absolutely never disappoints. Can't wait to return soon. Thanks again!

Second time here in five years and boy I've missed it. Great food. Better than some of the “well known” steakhouses on the island. In the summer this place is beautiful outside with the water and the view. But in the winter, this place is just as nice on the inside. Intimate, good service and great flavors. Can't wait to come back.

Had a fantastic lunch at Prime yesterday. Dined by the fireplace with a beautiful view of the frozen Harbor. Stephanie, our server, was exceptional. She was attentive but not obtrusive, very knowledgeable about the menu. Sushi rolls and shrimp appetizer were very fresh. The chicken salad was perfectly seasoned and quite filling, as was the chicken paillard. A very enjoyable experience, definitely worth a visit.

Had a great singles event hosted here, very nice place with good bartenders and kitchen staff.

Took my nephew here for his 16th birthday and his first steakhouse experience and it didn't disappoint! Everything was PERFECT! Food was delicious, service was amazing, staff was friendly. Everything was just incredible.

The food was delicious, especially the Wagyu ribeye. Melanie was an excellent server, would request her every time. we had an outstanding meal!!

Had a great experience with a group from work. The food and drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was lively but still comfortable.

Wonderful service, great food as always! But someone walked in the side entrance next to the fireplace and lowered the room temp by what seemed to be 10-15 degrees.
