Thank you for a wonderful evening! From start to finish it was warm,welcoming and delicious. Your hostess was incredibly welcoming, I almost invited her to sit with us. Our waitress was also lovely and helpful. We were there for dinner celebrating my daughter's birthday during restaurant week. Food was delicious and absolutely never disappoints. Can't wait to return soon. Thanks again!

Second time here in five years and boy I've missed it. Great food. Better than some of the “well known” steakhouses on the island. In the summer this place is beautiful outside with the water and the view. But in the winter, this place is just as nice on the inside. Intimate, good service and great flavors. Can't wait to come back.

Had a fantastic lunch at Prime yesterday. Dined by the fireplace with a beautiful view of the frozen Harbor. Stephanie, our server, was exceptional. She was attentive but not obtrusive, very knowledgeable about the menu. Sushi rolls and shrimp appetizer were very fresh. The chicken salad was perfectly seasoned and quite filling, as was the chicken paillard. A very enjoyable experience, definitely worth a visit.

Took my nephew here for his 16th birthday and his first steakhouse experience and it didn't disappoint! Everything was PERFECT! Food was delicious, service was amazing, staff was friendly. Everything was just incredible.

The food was delicious, especially the Wagyu ribeye. Melanie was an excellent server, would request her every time. we had an outstanding meal!!

Wonderful service, great food as always! But someone walked in the side entrance next to the fireplace and lowered the room temp by what seemed to be 10-15 degrees.

Every time its perfect, every meal on point, the Filet's are simply the best on the island ya get what ya pay for !

I am a regular for lunch at Prime. Why? It is consistently outstanding in every way, and you can bank on that. Also, if you get the Price Fixe lunch, it is such a bargain that it seems borderline theft compared to what the à la carte price would be in the aggregate for the same meal.

I have been coming to Prime with friends for a very long time . The food is always excellent . Those brussel sprouts are too good. They had a few new items on the menu and I tried the grains salad with shrimp . It was exceptional . But the best part of our meal was Jordan our server . She was like a ray of sunshine - upbeat , funny and took excellent care of me and my gueat . I continue to go to Prime for the good food but will also go for the exceptional service we received.

Service was on point. Drinks tasted delicious. Desert was awesome. Appetizers were very good. Main dish was good. Had hoped it would have been better. Lots of better pepper. Place is more of a status symbol. Want to show off, go here. Not bad. Not great (expect for the staff, Nick was awesome and really made this place better). Glad I did try it.

Reconnected our friends for my husband's birthday, most chose the restaurant week menu which was excellent and a few did the wine pairings which were of high quality and generous pours - unlike many other high end restaurants we've visited. Our servers were highly professional. Looking forward to our next experience here.

We had been trying many different restaurants during Long Island's restaurant week. This one definitely had the best view, with many tables overlooking the Huntington Harbor. The service was good and the menu had a good selection. However I was quite disappointed with the lobster roll. It was priced over $50 but I have had better lobster rolls in many other restaurants with quite a bit less. The lobster meat had a bit of fishy taste to it. Salads were good. Need short rib was very tender but some of the fattiest we had tried for a long time.

went for restaurant week; menu offered varied options which made selection difficult. Our dinners were perfect....they did not disappoint! I had the shrimp & lobster wontons which were not only tasty but very light and delicate. The seared tuna was also perfection. My husband's short ribs were tender and perfectly cooked. Everything was wonderful; we are planning our next meal already! They offer brunch; we may need to check that out as well!

Waited way too long for our food due to large party before us. Service & food quality were excellent.
