Crispy fried dumpling stuffed with chickpeas and herbs served with spicy chutney.

Green pepper stuffed with ground lamb, rice and herbs slowly simmered with light tomato sauce.
6. Salad Olvieh
Potato salad with chicken, eggs, green peas, and carrots.
7. Traditional Kashk-Bademjan
Sauteed eggplant mixed with kashk (whey) and topped with sauteed onion.
8. Kotlet
Ground beef and potato patty pan-fried and served with fresh tomato and yogurt sauce.

Chunks of beef, yellow peas, dried lemons, simmered in a tomato sauce; served with white rice.

Colorado lamb shank simmered with herbs and garlic in tomato sauce; served with green rice.

Crushed walnut with boneless chicken cooked in pomegranate sauce.

5 single cut rack of lamb, marinated in a special age-old recipe. Served with basmati rice, grilled onion, and tomato.

2 skewers of chopped beef char-grilled on our open-flame grill. Served with basmati rice, grilled onion, and tomato.
6. Barg Kebob
Juicy strips of sirloin marinated in a special age-old recipe. Served with basmati rice, grilled onion, and tomato.
8. Chicken Koobideh Kebob
2 skewers of juicy chopped chicken flavored with saffron. Served with basmati rice, grilled onion, and tomato.
9. Dark Meat Chicken Shish Kebob

This place has been around for years and it's like I just woke up to it. The food is amazing. Clean, fresh, perfectly seasoned and cooked. Portions are generous, reasonably priced for the town. I love Persian (Iranian) food and this place never disappoints.I will be honest, i always order a few appetizers and most popular kababs and they are always great.I have not tried some of the stews or fish dishes... Alex the manager is very friendly and funny.Irsnian restaurants are usually lacking on the service side, but not this restaurant.
