Rocco’s is now CLOSED PERMANENTLY and only doing catering. A sad loss to the local pizza situation. Now we have to drive over to Cattuscos.
Glad Pete is having success in his catering business but really miss his pizza and chix parm hero.

We had Rocco’s cater our party for about 100 people this past weekend. We ordered wraps, heros and salads. The food was outstanding! Everyone was commenting about how delicious it was and the variety of options! There was plenty of food, people went for seconds and we even gave people food to go! The tortellini salad was amazing!!!

Had Rocco’s cater our event and we can’t recommend them enough! Delicious spread of salads, wraps, hero’s, pastas. Everyone loved everything and was asking where it was from!!!! Definitely recommend to anyone needing catering for their next event!

I went in person to order take out and there was a mistake/miscommunication with the order. I did not realize the mistake until I got home and opened the bags/pizza box. I called to communicate and solve, however, Chris who works there repeatedly told me that the order was placed wrong and did not offer to help resolve the problem. Instead, he kept pointing out how the order was placed wrong. My spouse went to return the “wrong” food items and both Chris and a chef/cook/someone from the kitchen came out to reiterate that my husband did not order correctly. He ordered penne alla vodka, specialty slices and rice balls. The miscommunication was that Chris thought he ordered a penne Alla vodka slice, not dish.
I’m disappointed and surprised that the employees reacted the way they did after I called Chris and my husband went back to attempt to correct the order. They really were nasty, combative and not kind or offer to help resolve.
I did call again to ask why this incident turned into a problem and stressful experience and a manager did get on the phone with me and wanted to make it right. He offered to bring penne Alla vodka to be delivered to my home and I did appreciate his awareness of the poor customer service that initially happened. However, at that point, I felt aggravated, lost my appetite and was unable to trust that the angry cook/chef made the dish.
I’m truly disappointed, we live locally and have always been fans of Rocco’s. I’ve met the owner and he is a nice person. I’m sure he would be disappointed in the way Chris and the chef/cook who was there, reacted to the situation.

Ordered delivery, paid over phone with credit card including tip. Ordering process was a fiasco. The girl working was either brand new and untrained or blitted beyond comprehension.

Took over 15min to order 2 pies and some knots
Half Grandma / half Grandma vodka
Half bacon meatball / half chicken Parm

Driver shows up asking for payment says the order isn't paid for. I showed him my phone statement that has a pending charge for Rocco's and tell him I'm not making additional payments this order was pre paid and he was supposed to be tipped $15. He gets on the phone with the store and they are adamant that the order is unpaid. I refuse to make an additional payment and tell the manager I've already paid. I gave the girl that took my order my credit card info and instructed her to tip $15 (the receipt had $15 hand written on it)

My bank shows a pending charge to Rocco's pizza and catering (first time ordering so only charge)

I'm told that the girl working accidentally cancelled the transaction, which I find strange because it wouldn't pop up on my bank at all if they didn't batch out the credit card payment. The owner calls me asking to redo payment saying they won't be paid for my order since it was canceled on their end that's why it's pending on my account but not to worry I will only be charged, in good faith and against my wife's better judgement I redid the payment after allowing the driver to take a photo of my statement showing the pending charge matching the receipt.

So now I have been double charged and I'm fighting with the credit card company to reverse the extra charges and I have to prove it's not legitimate.

I'll start with the good; the pizza is satisfactory for a quick bite. The workers were friendly and got the order out quick.Now for the bad: The owner has serious anger management issues. While I was there, he started reaming into the younger workers there for supposedly messing up and missing a big party order. Regardless of their mistake, you do not talk to your staff that way, especially in front of customers. Take them to the back. Screaming at your staff (especially out in the open) is unacceptable and unprofessional. I won't be supporting this business again and I hope those kids find a better atmosphere to work in.

The food was fine and the girl who took my order was very friendly. However, the problem was the owner/manager. He laid into his young staff in front of me and the other customers. Apparently it was over a delivery issue for a party. I understand mistakes are made and they can be annoying, but it’s never okay to scream and insult your staff out in the open like that. I’m paraphrasing… he screamed “stop talking… the more you talk the less important you are” to the staff. Because of this, My friend and I ate our pizza in stunned silence the entire time and we ate fast so we can leave. I felt more bad for the workers than anyone else here.
