Drive-thru is confusing. Parked instead, ordered inside. Very courteous staff, very strong coffee.

"Unfortunately, I've had a consistently disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The store is consistently dirty, and on two separate occasions, I've been served food with hair in it. When I returned to request a refund, I was met with resistance and told that a refund wouldn't be provided.While I've tried to give this Starbucks the benefit of the doubt in the past, I can no longer recommend it to anyone. The lack of cleanliness and the repeated issues with the quality of the food are unacceptable. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more positive experience for future patrons."
Very uncomfortable environment. Maybe because I asked to correct my order when prepared incorrectly. No warm costumer service skills.

Picked up my mobile order this morning at about 6:30 am. The lady at the drive thru window was very rude and gave me a very dirty look, not sure why. Anyways, add to that, the coffee had no milk or sugar when I added it to my order. Besides, it tasted like water. I don't mind when I'm paying like $2 for a coffee , but c'mon, I bought 2 coffees for $10 and this is what I got.Definitely, this was my last order at Starbucks.
