Messed up my order but replaced it without an issue. I asked if ice drinks would qualify for the red cup today and then pointed to the iced sugar cookie latte picture on the menu as I said "I'll have the sugar cookie latte" only to have a hot drink made instead. Simple mistake but great customer service.
I enjoy meeting friends and hanging at Starbucks to catch up. The one today at 305 W Jericho Trpke. In Huntington was nice. The staff was great. I would recommend cleaning up the customer prep station, empty the garbage and the bathrooms really needed cleaning and restocking.
