“We moved off Long Island over 8 years ago and always loved la Parma when we lived here even though it was an hour drive for us to enjoy the amazing food. This time when we came up to visit for Christmas we knew we had to get there for a great dinner. I can easily say it still is one of the best places to get amazing Italian food around. The Chicken Napoli was phenomenal and there is nothing like their penne à la vodka! The drinks were great and service was top notch. We also happened to go the day after Christmas when we got lots of snow and the car valet even brushed off our car! We were so happy to not feel rushed because we were there with great friends and just really enjoying ourselves! We can’t wait to come back and visit from Georgia to have their food again!“

Fast forward to today, it has been the place where we always meet for girls night, commemorating key life events such as the night before I got engaged and my friends 30th birthday. It was by far, the best burger I’ve ever had. My wife had her usual, the fried chicken sandwich. We’ve never had anything but a great meal and drink at our favorite Huntington haunt.“

“I’m a breakfast snob and I can say without question that Torkel’s Galley is first rate! The breakfast was one of the best that I have ever had. Cooked to perfection, the eggs, potatoes and bacon will be a memorable meal for a long time. The decor brought back fond memories of the old days of Halesite I only wish I lived closer to Halesite to frequent the Galley more often. I should note that I knew Torkel Knutson and his siblings back when I grew up on Huntington Harbor in the 50s and 60s. It was great to see him doing so well.“

“We recently hosted our coed baby shower at the brewery and it was amazing! The owner Karen was a pleasure to work with and the space was perfect with plenty of room for mingling, food and games. Everyone had a great time and we are so happy we chose to have it at Six Harbors!!“

Their sushi is always fresh and the amount of fish in the nigiri and rolls are amazing!!!!As a sushi lover and a personal chef, I highly recommend this secret gem.They are located on the west side of Broadway/Greenlawn Rd., on the same side of the street as 7-11, within a small group of stores.Not to be confused with the other Japanese across the street. “This is my favorite Thai food. Everything is excellent and I've tried alot of their menu options. I like it the food spicy, so I always aim for a level 3, which is still very spicy. I dont think they'll let you get level 5 unless you prove yourself. This place is just excellent and their service is top notch. Please try them when you're in Huntington“

One of my favorite places in Huntington, and I have lived here my entire life. BUT it is now close to unaffordable. It used to be ~$10 for a wrap AND fries AND soda. Even $15 for all that would be more than reasonable. But their prices have recently jumped through the roof - $15 for just a wrap!? $10 for a large fry!? Ridiculous. Work on getting more customers, not icing out the customers that have been loyal to you for many, many years.

5 stars for fries and sauces, 4 stars for everything else. Wraps are good, wouldn't say great. Same with burgers. Fried chicken too processed, grilled is good!“

“We enjoyed a steak dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday. the steaks were perfectly cooked and the special salads of the day were quite nice. We enjoyed a glass of chilled Reisling wine. The ambience was very interesting. It looked like it existed during the days of Prohibition when liquor was made undercover & underground. This place would make a great site for movie about those times.“

“On June 1, 2025, my mother and I checked in about 4:30. They had a table for two available. We ordered the Porterhouse for two (MR), Brussel sprouts and mushrooms. DELICIOUS. The service (server Kelly) was top-notch. Quality high-end food in a comfortable atmosphere. The next time we're in Huntington, we will dine again. Thanks. The view was amazing too.“

“I WOULD NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone after the experience I had there last night. I went out to eat with my parents and we unfortunately decided on this restaurant. We were seated immediately but basically we were the “forgotten” table. No water or drinks for 15 minutes. Waited another 15 minutes to take our appetizer and entree order. They forgot about my salad and at this point each of us needed water refills and drink refills but we would have to wait another 20 minutes for that. Other servers walking around INCLUDING THE MANAGER probably walked past our table a few times not offering to refill our drinks or take the plates out of the way. The entrees come and our server never comes back to check on us. We have finished eating our food and while I was waiting for proper service I noticed that other tables had their food packed for them. I asked another servers for boxes for the food and instead of taking our food she gave us boxes to do ourselves. I truly feel they over sat our waitress but your “team” should have been able to help her out and not make it an every man for themselves type deal. The food was okay nothing that was out of this world, but the service was truly terrible. As a result we will never be back.“
