I have send a review for the restaurant Greekville. The name says it all. Nice to know there is a great spot to get Greek take out , and this is one of the best. The food is fresh and delicious and they give you large portions , From the chicken gyro to the spanakopita ( spinach pie). The soups lentil and chicken lemon (avgolemono )are good as well .“

“FANTASTIC! I have been to ALOT of ramen spots in Long Island and this is among the top 5% best ramen. I sat inside for lunch. Incredibly rich broth. Chashu that does not taste old or too much fat - it was amazing. They did not skip out on toppings. I really recommend this spot :)“

“Yesterday was the first time I have been to Popei’s. What a great night! From the moment we walked in the owner/chef greeted us. We sat outside in the tent with the great musician. He was very interactive, took requests. People were singing along, It’s was very enjoyable. It was very clear our waitress, Janice was extremely busy but also very thorough careful and caring. It’s obvious she cares about what she is doing and works very hard. Upon my ordering, I mentioned a food allergy Janice double checked that things were OK before she submitted the order. 2 other people came to verify before cooking my meal. The food was SO GOOD! Big portion sizes. Gave my mother dessert to celebrate her birthday. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic night. We will be back. My only suggestion would be when the musician is taking a break to lower the background music. When he wasn’t singing, the music was still incredibly loud and we had difficulty hearing each other at the table.“

“My goodness, we recently moved into the neighborhood and we have tried a few sushi joints in the past couple of months. We have tried Mr. J's several time and I must say, it's probably the best sushi in the area. The quality of the ingredients is very good, extremely fresh, they use very little rice so you can actually taste the ingredients, and they roll the sushi really tightly so that it doesn't fall apart if you breathe a little too close.

The owners are extremely friendly, the restaurant clearly focuses on the quality of their takeout since they don't have any tables, which is great because they can focus on cranking out bags and bags of orders. The more you order, they give you free rolls which is really nice. Even my kid, who is a little picky, crushes his spicy kani rolls, not a single grain of rice left, which makes me really happy. Nothing fancy, but they consistently serve great quality food and service with a friendly smile. Can't ask for anything more.

“AWESOME KOREAN RESTAURANT IN LONG ISLAND: I’m not a foodie and I don’t think I’ve ever posted about restaurants (but I am Korean) - I have to make an exception for this place. Yes, this restaurant is on Long Island, but the Korean food EXCELLENT (better than lots of places in Flushing) and service is OUTSTANDING. Every dish we’ve tried so far (짜장면, 순두부찌개, 육개장, 제육덮밥) has been so amazing, delicious, and authentic (especially the spices!!!). If you’re ever in the area, please stop in and eat here. It’s crazy awesome! Thanks to my friend for encouraging me to try at a Korean restaurant that is not in Queens. My family will be forever grateful - five stars and 2 thumbs way up from me and my family members. :)“

“This is a very nice place with one clean restroom inside for customers. There is ample seating as well as complimentary water. The mobile orders are about 10 minutes until completion. There's usually no line to order. My only complaint is they are very cheap on how much they give you. They don't fill up the bowl and they give you very little chicken in the salads. That is the reason why it's not 5 stars.“

“We a party of 3 adults 2 young children go from brooklyn to long island just to go to PFchang. I will say the ride going i wasn't the happiest person however, We walk in greeted and seated quickly. The waiter young man so pleasant so attentive. He had recommendations,filled with great energy,very helpful and you can tell he's genuinely kind. The food was so good those ribs I cant say enough about them! Lets just say I was eating and dancing in my seat . the customers themselves were beautiful people . “Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we are SO glad did - everything was perfect! Everyone could not get over how delicious all the food was. Danny worked with us to create a menu that was tailored to us and our guests and we got SO much food included in the package we did. He also worked with us to create table arrangements that worked best for our event. I was worried at first that the space only being partially private and not a true private room would be an issue but it was not at all! We really didn’t need it and were happy to still get to enjoy the Sinatra singer that plays for the restaurant that night. He even came over and sang for our party and had us dance which was not expected but a fun surprise that we loved! Overall we had a great event here and I am so happy we chose them to host it!“

“I cannot say enough about the Library Cafe, the staff and the food! We had a 50th Birthday Party in the upstairs private room overlooking the bar. The food was delicious and there was PLENTY of it! The bar/wait staff was both attentive and quick getting to all of us! The party was perfect right down to the music which they let us pick! Definitely having more events at the Library!“

“My best friend lives in Queens so she and I come to the Onion Tree every other Friday night. I wish this place was closer to me. I live in Yonkers. The food is superb, seasoned extraordinarily. The chicken is fresh, soft and cut into small bites. I always order chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, or chicken tikka pizza. I have never had food that I enjoyed this much and I have tried all foods all over the world. I never get tired of this place. And the food is served quickly and piping hot. They’re opening a second place in Manhattan. We’re getting closer to Yonkers!! The drinks are awesome too. Barbra and Louis work behind the bar. They’re friendly and great bartenders.“

“West end has been one of our favorite places to dine for over 30 years. They have kept up the wonderful food and service even though Management has changed. The food was always outstanding and it hasn't changed. The service was always spot on and continues to be warm and caring. The four of had their prix fixed dinner and it was outstanding. The portions were the same size as the ala carte menu and the food was spot on. hadn't been there in a while because of some health issues but we will be regulars again as will our friends.“
