Wow-- great value for a superb product! I bought an apple pie, coffee cake crumble, chocolate chip cookie and some sort of truffle offering and my family LOVED everything! Great chatting with the students/ staff. My son attends Marist University (down the road) and I'll be back to CIA on my future visits!

I used to visit the Bakery few times a year , and it was so worth it to drive there for an hour, but for the last 2 years I am disappointed with the lack of selection of delicious pastries they make....Years before, there were several to choose from , and the past 2 years there were THREE - none very interesting / inviting. My last visit was on Nov 7, 2023 , just before lunch time.

I had the best cortado I've ever had...ever...this past week when visiting this bakery at the CIA! The chocolate dipped almond biscotti were also amazing! I would drive back from RI just to have a couple more!! Thank you for the friendly service and a delicious snack!

Super cute little place!! I didn't realize the food was already prepared so you order and it's handed to you instantly. I was kind of disappointed by that at first but honestly the food was great! Love the pastries too and really good coffee! I was surprised how reasonable the prices were too!!! I'm a fan!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan baked goods!!

We took the tour on Saturday and heard from the student such great reviews about the bakery that we came back Monday morning to try it out on our way out of town. Unfortunately the staff didn’t seem to know customer service very much. Many items on the menu were not available. We were told the fresh bread would arrive around 9:30, we said we’d wait. Then when we asked again we were told not until after 11/00. The chocolate chip cookies had very few chips and was more a cake then cookie and the croissant was over done in my opinion. After a great cooking tour and wonderful dinner at the American Bounty, the bakery was a disappointment.

I have found my new favorite lemonade…vanilla bean lemonade. All I can say is it is fantastic. I have to find that recipe.

Overall this place was an amazing experience. The service was very fast and the workers very super nice, helpful, and pacient. Especially the cashier who was giving us her recommendations for food and dessert and overall was a pleasure to be around. For the main food it was nothing special that you couldn't find at any resteraunt but still the food was absolutely delicious. The pasteries/desserts were super unique, beautiful and tasty. There was a huge dessert selection. Personally I would really recommend the strawberry shortcake mini pasterie. The drinks were also amazing and super fancy. Me and all my siblings really loved the vanilla bean lemonade with cranberry juice. The vibes and decorations at this place were super nice and gave the place a super fancy feel. I would love to come again.
