The Bocuse Restaurant offers an excellent French dining experience with beautifully presented dishes and attentive service. The student chefs and staff are professional, and the quality of the food is impressive. While there may be occasional small delays as part of the learning environment, the overall experience is outstanding. It’s a great place for a special meal, and I would definitely recommend it.
My husband and I have gone for lunch in the summer and dinner in the fall. Both visits were excellent. The staff is just as special as the food. You feel so taken care of, really cherished. Highly recommend it. We always try something different than we’d usually eat and explore unexpected combinations. Every time we go to the CIA to eat at a restaurant we leave and immediately get a reservation for the next month.
Excellent food and beverages, superior service, pleasant setting...this continues to be one of my favorites
